We ship Express worldwide. All packages are insured with a tracking number at a flat rate. Please allow up to 1-2 business days to process your order. Orders above 1000€ may take additional 1-3 business days for the customs declaration.

Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Please fill out the return form. Items that were purchased on sale or during special promotions are not eligible for return.

We offer free priority shipping on all orders over 250€, excluding any applicable customs duties and taxes (see 'DUTIES & TAXES' below). Please note that free shipping will be applied automatically at checkout. For orders outside the EU, additional customs fees may apply.
