EU:

All duties and taxes are included in the final price at checkout and covered by us for orders within the EU. 

Outside EU:

For orders outside the EU, customs fees may apply. We are not liable for customs fees, holding times, unclaimed parcels or incorrect shipping information. You may not always be required to pay duties or import tax, but it is important that you make yourself aware of the duties and thresholds that apply to avoid any surprises.

Due to new legislation, if you decide not to pay import taxes or duties and choose to reject the parcel, the customs fee and shipping fee will be deducted from your refund value.

We ship Express worldwide. All packages are insured with a tracking number at a flat rate listed below:

• Germany 7€ - DPD
• EU 15€ - DPD or UPS
• Outside of the EU 35€ - DHL Express

We offer free priority shipping on all orders over 250€, excluding any applicable customs duties and taxes (see 'DUTIES & TAXES' above). Please note that free shipping will be applied automatically at checkout. For orders outside the EU, additional customs fees may apply.

Please allow up to 1-2 business days to process your order. Orders above 1000€ may take additional 1-3 business days for the customs declaration.

Once the package is scanned out of our warehouse, the estimated delivery period is as below:

• Germany: 2-3 business days
• Rest of EU: 2-5 business days
• Outside of EU: 2-5 business days

The delivery period is an estimate and is not guaranteed. We will always aim to deliver your goods within the estimated delivery period, however, please take into account external issues that may arise outside of our control.
