We ship Express worldwide. All packages are insured with a tracking number at a flat rate. Please allow up to 1-2 business days to process your order. Orders above 1000€ may take additional 1-3 business days for the customs declaration.

If you decide not to pay import taxes or duties and choose to reject the parcel, the customs fee and shipping fee will be deducted from your refund value.

Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Please fill out the return form. Items that were purchased on sale or during special promotions are not eligible for return.
